Our Pillars of Impact
Young people
Since the summer of 2022, FLAARE has supported over 40 young people, aged 11-25.
We have links to Community and Youth Hubs, Inner City Schools, Colleges, Pupil Referral Units (PRUs), and Universities.
£600 has been directly invested in young people through 'seed funding' or retail profit.
Participants of our 12-week programmes have earned £2,000 in “salary” for their work.
Business
Our brand partners have reported:
Increased sales and engagement.
A better understanding of Gen-Z and Gen-Alpha market.
A sense of fulfillment.
A changed attitudes towards excluded young people.
That they would work with FLAARE again.
Community
We are building one huge community that believes in the power of young people, and that they deserve every opportunity to find success.
We have been fortunate enough to receive funding from the Tottenham Grammar School Fund - who support young people in Haringey!
